Conquering Chronic Disorganization

A term coined by Judith Kolberg is Chronic Disorganization.  She is the author of several books, including Conquering Chronic Disorganization. According to her, the term refers to what is persistent, constant, and enduring.  Also having a long history, which undermines one’s quality of life on a daily basis and recurs.

Judith suggests you should ask yourself these three questions to determine if chronic disorganization is present in your life.

  1. Is it challenging to get organized during your adult life?
  2. Has disorganization negatively affected the quality of your life on a day-to-day basis?
  3. Have you been unable to sustain your organization?
