What’s in Your Medicine Cabinet?
What’s in Your Medicine Cabinet?
This is an important post. Cleaning out your medicine cabinet will not only make it more organized and efficient, but it will also make it safer. Expired, outdated medicine can be dangerous, so you should do a quick purge of this small space every 6 months.
Here’s what you should have in a medicine cabinet:
- Ibuprofen
- Acetaminophen
- Cough medicine
- Benadryl
- Hydrocortisone cream
- Antibiotic ointment
- Band-aids
- Calamine lotion
- Toothpaste & toothbrush
- Dental floss
- Antacids
- A thermometer
- Tweezers
- Nail clippers
- Saline spray
There are many other items that you will personally use that need to be added to this list. For me, it’s my contact lens supplies. What else would you add?
