There is Storage Space in Your Attic
Many homes lack enough traditional storage space – closets, kitchen cabinets, a garage. What else can you do? Have you considered attic storage? It’s a great place for items that you need infrequently, like holiday decorations and seasonal items.
Like any space, when using your attic for storage, you want to maximize that odd-shaped space. I found a great product, available for easy installation, that can make your attic another great space in your home.
Clear Up The Clutter
While many homeowners complain that they don’t have enough space, they may have more than they think. Surprisingly, according to a survey by the American Cleaning Institute, most clutter in the home is really the result of disorganization.
“The majority of people have plenty of space, they just aren’t using the space wisely or efficiently,” explains Perri Kersh, a professional organizer, owner of Neat Freak, and member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, “The attic, for example, is an ideal place for storing certain infrequently used items such as holiday decorations.”
Organizational products can help you make better use of valuable space that is otherwise wasted. Check out these items below:
- A SpaceLift attic storage lift can transport up to 200 pounds and 24 cubic feet of cargo between floors with the touch of a button. Easily installed between floor joists in garage or home.
- Take advantage of the unfinished areas in your home with Attic Dek! Their system provides additional storage and walking space that supports up to 250 pounds, making it easier than ever to get those cluttered spaces organized.
- Store clothes, shoes, towels, pillows, comforters, blankets, holiday decor, and more with SpaceAid Heavy Duty Moving Bags.
