Marry Your Personal and Business Schedule

Marry Your Personal and Business Schedule

Do you have more than one calendar? Do you keep personal appointments on one calendar and business appointments on another? Or maybe you use a paper calendar at home and carry an electronic calendar with you during the day. Please, please, please don’t do this – This is a recipe for disaster.

Schedule family activities, business appointments, sporting events, vacations, and personal projects into ONE SINGLE calendar/planner. Get one that includes weekends and evenings. Use it every day, often, very often. Refer to it first thing in the morning, so you can plan your day. Write everything down. The more you use your calendar, the better you will be able to manage your time.

Try it.

Do you struggle with getting and staying organized?

Are you afraid to start an organizing project just to be overwhelmed or lose motivation in the middle, to be left with even more chaos? You are not alone. That’s the fear of most people who don’t have time to allot to a big organizing project.
