Back to School-Locker Organization

Back to School-Locker Organization

It’s time to start thinking about back-to-school and locker organization. Remember those days, when your locker was just a thin blank space that you jammed your books, papers, lunch, gym clothes, and coat into, never to find again?

Times have changed. There are some new storage products that will help your kids use every inch of locker space and still be able to find what they need and hang their coats up. Amazing! Just what a locker was meant to do.

Check out these great items below:

This simple little shelf with a drawer from Amazon can make space, even in the tightest of lockers. It may be just what’s needed.

And another taller shelf, with side magnets attached that keep it nice and sturdy.  Think of all the stuff you could store in that little space!

This is my favorite! Reminiscent of hanging sweater storage in a closet, but it’s a bit thinner, perfect for a tall locker. So much storage with 3 book cubbies and side pockets for supplies. I love it.

To take advantage of the back of the door, consider using these magnetic storage options. There are so many out there.   You’ll never lose a pencil or a note again!

Doesn’t all this make you want to revisit high school?  I bet your kids will love having an organized locker at their school.

I don’t know about *ALL* lockers, but I do know that the ones in my son’s middle school cannot tolerate much in the way of those shelves, as they cause the doors to Jam. Feels like lockers are MUCH smaller than mine were when I was in high school. FYI.

Lisa, you do have to consider the locker size. Thanks for pointing that out. I wish this stuff was available when I was in school.
